The Sage Oracle Touch uses a touch screen operation for coffee in precise and simple steps. The integrated burr grinder will automatically measure, grind and tamp 22 grams of fresh coffee for the equivalent coffee shop measure of your favourite coffee.
The Oracle Touch can adjust the precise temperature for you to a 1°C difference using digital temperature control (PID) technology. The dual head boiler delivers the correct temperature of water for your coffee. The Oracle Touch features an over pressure valve to limit the maximum pressure preventing bitterness from the coffee shot. All of the individual settings for your perfect cup of coffee can be saved on The Oracle Touch under a name allowing up to 8 personalised coffees. The dedicated boiler automatically steams milk with pressure that produces velvety micro-foam milk which creates the perfect silky smooth texture for latte art.
The Oracle Touch combines dosage, water temperature, water pressure and steam pressure so you can be your own barista at home. There are five customisable coffee settings for Espresso, long black, latte, flat white and cappuccino. The water tank holds a 2.5 litre capacity plus a coffee bean hopper than hold 280gms of beans.
